MTA Query Help

I have 2 tables one for all my vendors and one for all the meetings we
process. In my meetings table I have fields for different types of
vendors,i.e. ground transportation and AV. I have an express in the Row
Source pull the name and sales contact of the vendor. But now I need to
create a report that will pull additional information from the Vendor table
for EACH vendor we use per meeting, i.e. fax number, address, etc...

I tried adding multiple one to many relationships between the VenCompanyName
in the Vendor table to the GT name and AV Name in the Events table and have
tried adding relationships in the query but I cannot get it to pull put it
never pulls the fax number and address for EACH vendor. What am I doing
wrong? I'm trying to create a contact sheet for each meeting and show all
the vendors we will be using and their detailed information.

Hi C,

This is the kind of thing that's easier for me to do than explain, but I can
tell you this. You need a junction table.

You can look up "MS Access junction table" on google or something, or try
this link and see if it helps. It might get you going in the right direction.
