MUI & Help file access error

I have recently upgraded my computer to Vista Ultimate. I did a clean
install, so the registry was clean.
I installed a copy Office 2007 Enterprise (HUP) and a copy of Visio 2007 Pro
as well. Both as standard installations.
When I run any Office application and hit F1 or the access the Help menu the
following happens:
1) Office configurator opens and configures the applications "English MUI".
2) Windows Help browser opens right after the MUI message closes and then
immediately closes.
3) An error message opens telling me there are no help topic for the subject
searched.

I have attempted to fix the problem in several ways:
1) Repair - Doesn't work
2) Over-Install - Doesn't work
3) Use the MS Installer Cleanup, reboot, install - doesn't work
4) Uninstall - Manually clean out all traces of Office (via the KB article)
and re-install - Doesn't work.

The only thing I have not tried is another install of Vista - I don't think
that would work either.

To make things more interesting, I installed Office (from the same disc) on
my wife's laptop (Vista Home Premium) and it works just fine.

Anyone have ideas?

I assume you pay for your postings by the letter, why else would you send
such an answer as the one below. Would some please take the time to explain
this answer or better still offer some advise on why F1 Help does not work.

Paul,
I am afraid I have no idea what you mean. I was simply reposting to get the
thread to "Bump" back up to the newsest posts
