MUI-How to select the language I wanted?

I installed office 2003, then MUI - Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korea,
French and Hewbre.

I checked the language were installed, but when I pick the language from the
language bar, I can read the asian language only. How to select French or
Hewbre?
