mui installation error

Hi,

I have a problem installing the Traditional Chinese MUI on top of my English
Office 2003.

When I start the process it says "please install Office 2003" before
installing the MUI", but Office has already been installed properly and
updated to SP3.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
