Muliple Outlook Profiles fail at reconnect

One of our users needs three different exchange profiles,
when I set them up and connect the first time everything
works as desired. When the user reconnects nothing works.
So the same procedure starts again. Building up a profile,
connecting, testing, using.

OS: XP, SP2
XNG: 2000
Outlook 200

Greatfull if anyone has got an idea.
