Mulitple access on one form

Hi, If I publish a form, how many users can simultaneously access, fill it
out and submit it?

Thanks

You publish a form template (not a form). The form template is just a
blueprint for a form (XML). So simultaneous access to the template should not
be a problem, unless it uses connections that lock up data sources, in which
case other users might get access denied errors.

Thanks for the reply. So if my form template is connected to MsAccess...how
many users can access it at the same time?

Thanks

Good question! Are you currently having issues with that? Access is known to
be a single-user environment, but since I have never used InfoPath/Access in
a multi-user environment, I wouldn't know. You may want to do a quick test
and create a form template based on an Access database, publish the template
and have several users try to create forms from that template. From what I've
tested, InfoPath does not acquire an exclusive lock on the database, so it
should not be an issue. But again, I'm unable to test a multi-user
environment using Access. If you do find out if this is possible, please let
us know? Thanks.
