Mulitple Calendars

I am running Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5 (windows
NT). We are successfully using shared calenders which
display side by side and are viewed by ticking the
relevant calendar's in 'Other Calenders'.

My question is how can I display all calendars ticked
until I un-tick them? If I close outlook it removes the
ticks from the 'Other Calenders' and just displays my own
calendar. I then have to manually tick the calendars I
want displayed again.

Any help is most appreciated.
