Mulitple Identites Outlook 2003

As a result of Windows Mail I am trying to set up multiple e-mail accounts in
Outlook 2003. How and or is this possible to do?

I made multiple user accounts for Vista itself. I do not know if that was
the correct thing to do, but it seemed to work.
