We have a situation at our hospital where multiple Outlook 2003 users will
share the same device. They log onto the workstation with a generic logon and
then when they start Outlook they choose their profile. In previous versions
of Outlook the users were prompted to enter their username and password. The
domain was already preloaded.
Now with Outlook 2003 they are forced to enter their Universal Username
([email protected]) and then their password.
There is a drop down list but it does not remember all of the previous users
on that machine. It only remembers the last two users.
Is there a way to get Outlook 2003 to automatically append the domain name
so that we can make this a smooth transition for our users? They are nurses
so they are not very computer literate.
Thanks,
Tim
