Multi-Calendar viewer Printing

2 questions:
First - Is there a way to print the calendars in view (6) from the Outlook
2000 Multi-Calendar viewer add-on (other than print screen)?

Second - Is there a way to select all the calendars in view from Outlook
2000 Multi-Calendar viewer add-on and change the view format to week, day or
month with one click. It is a little anoying that we have to go to every one
of the six calendars and change the view individually.

Any help is appreciated.
