Multi-day Event Banners on Month View

I used to be able to enter a multi-day event, such as a
vacation, and then have one long event banner displayed
across those days. Now I have individual banners
repeated daily for the duration of the event. Is there
any way to change the setting to get my one event banner
back? Thank you!!!
