wish for another program like publisher 97 but new with an upgrade or
something, what can i do. please help me. i love the program publisher is
easy and very friendly.. but also very limited. its there a publisher 2005

Publisher is very good also, Tivi.

You may want to look at Publisher 2003 at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/publisher/prodinfo/default.mspx or even
better yet, ask this same question in the Publisher newsgroup.

IMHO, Publisher has never made it to the big time with professional printing
houses, who still favor programs like Quark for large professional print
jobs. This does not mean that none of them can handle the PUB files, some
do.. You may find the best method is to compromise to a PDF output or
something similar.

Best of luck in finding your Pub 97 replacement.
