Multi Page Document help.

Offered to help a friend who puts a community program together... about 100
pages total. I offered to take about 20 of the pages and make the changes
needed. The problem arises when I go back to copy/paste them back into the
original 100 page document. All of the fonts and fill colors adjust to the
color scheme that was preset. The pages I am working on are all B&W and
switch to the color scheme she has set on the cover for color pages. Is there
any way to avoid this so I don't have to go through and change it all back to
B&W?

Also, when this program is presented to the printer, they have issues as
well with words, colors changing when the printer brings it up on their
computer system. I'm wondering if it is the same issue as above. ? Is there
any way to "set" the document so it doesn't change when it is set up on the
printer's computer for printing? I know it would save us all time if we knew
how this worked.

Thanks. I will check out that webpage. Is this the same reason the printer
was having issues as well when they opened the document or is that a separate
