Multi page documents in Visio 2003

I'm doing a process map with Visio Standard 2003. It has 13 pages in it
right now but when I try to print or convert to pdf, it thinks there are only
11 pages. Any suggestions?

Check what layers are used on the non-printing pages. Are these layers
set to non-printing?

I checked and nothing is set not to print.
When I click through the pages, Visio shows 1/11, 2/11, ... to 11/11 and the
last 2 it shows nothing.

One more thing in case this helps -- if I try to split the file in two, the
same two sheets have the same problem. If I go under "Edit" and select
"Delete Pages" the names of those pages show up in italics. If I right click

I just found it -- the pages were set to "Background" for some reason. I
didn't even know that was an option, yet somehow I selected it. I went into
page setup and fixed it.
