multi-page newletter web page messed up format

I have a multi page newsletter in which the main page have hyperlinks to the
other pages. I read that single web page can allow me to send just the first
page of publisher with the links activated so that readers can click to
continue to read other page. But when i save the page as single file web
page and view it, the format is messed up, some of the texts are smushed
together and there are images that i have long deleted but now they are
suddenly on the web page. Is there a way to have the web page format be
exactly like the one I've created in publisher? Or is there a better way to
send this one page newsletter(with hyperlinks to subpages) so that most
people without Publisher 2003 will be able to open the attachment?

Send the whole multi-page newsletter in PDF format, and it will look
exactly as it does to you in Publisher.

Forget about the hyperlinks to other pages. They won't be needed.

I really need to have the hyperlinks. The main page is just a summary of the
subpages. I just want to send the first page to people. But when viewed as a
webpage, the format got messed up and there are images that are not suppose
to be there. secondly, if i publish the newsletter that i made with
Publsiher2003, in single web page, will people without publisher be able to
open and view the page?

Archived Web Page. When you save a Web page as Web archive, the Web page saves
this information in Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension HTML (MHTML) format
with a .MHT file extension. All relative links in the Web page are remapped and
the embedded content is included in the .MHT file. The absolute references or
hyperlinks on the Web page remain unchanged and the .MHT file is viewed using
Internet Explorer. Note: This file type can become infected and should be
carefully scanned if someone sends you a file with this extension.

My questions is that if I save the pub file as a single web page (mht
extension), will users without Publisher be able to open and view the mht
file?

Thank u, that answer one of my questions. My main question is how do I get
the format to be exactly as the one in publisher? After I save the pub file
in single web page format, the mht page that opens in the browser have images
that are not suppose to be there and some of the text boxes are not where
they supppose to be. How do I fix this and preserve the format? Or do you
recommend there's a better way to send this one page newsletter (with links
to other pages)?

You will never get a satisfactory email look with Publisher. There are many
email readers and each one will render HTML differently. Your best advice was
the PDF conversion.
There are free converters around. Everyone has the Reader.
If your URL's are typed in full, you can make them active. It depends on your
PDF program.
