Multi-page Notes - more problems

Like other posts I've seen, I have a PP slide with more notes than fit on a
page.
I have changed the Notes Master, switched Page Size to Legal or Ledger, and
I still
cannot fit the Notes onto one page.

The answer thus far is to Send the presentation to MS Word, but I have a
problem with that, too: The Notes numbers dissappear! I need them!

My PP slides are design diagrams: boxes connected by lines that show
communication. Each line is marked with a little numbered box, and the Notes
are entered relative to each box. eg, all notes about communication line 2
are in Note #2 (including sub-bullets). My notes are sometimes 40 lines long.

So, my Notes (and Note numbers) are specifically related to each slide. If I
break up the Notes into multiple slides, the numbering re-starts, so I lose
my continuity.
If I send the file to Word, I lose the numbers.

I'm stuck!

Thank you Bill. I have installed the add-in, but I don't see it doing
anything. Print Preview and actual print-outs still cut off the Notes. My
Tools-->Add-Ins shows NoteChord (I followed the instructions from your page).
One thing different here is that we have both regular and privileged
accounts on our machines. I installed it from my non-privileged account, and
since it allowed me to do it, I assumed that was OK. (File permissions on the
..ppa for me match those for Administrators)
Sounds like this is exactly the fix I need. I'll be happy to see it work.

Sorry for the delay, was out of town.

It is activated from the tools menus in the PowerPoint edit window. It will
print the presentation in notes format, with overflow wrapped to the next
page.
