Multi-page report lose formatting

Help!

Running Access 2003. When I print a multi-page report the 1st page prints
fine, but the 2nd page loses columnar format; then the 3rd page prints okay,
but the 4th page again loses columnar format.

What might be causing this problem?

I expect your report width is wider than your paper width minus the left and
right margins.

Intrestingly enough report looks good in the preview pane and I have lots of
"white" space on my 8.5X11 landscape page. Is there a way to calculate the
report width so that it takes advantage of the physical page size and not
cause the kind of problem(s) I am experiencing?

I'm not sure what you are asking... Just view your left and right margins
and add them to your report width. This should not be greater than your
paper width (11").

Thanks, Duane. Working with the margins seems to have fixed my problem.
