Multi-server deployment

In case of multiple servers being used for EPM
deployment, how can one ensure that enterprise level
changes made are applied across the servers without
having to individually go to each server to make the
changes?
What I mean by this is that suppose I define a new ent
custom field X on Server 1. If I want this same change on
Server 2, how would I manage that without having to
physically make that change on Server 2?

This may be a newbie question, but any suggestions would
be appreciated!
Thanks!

Any change made to the configuration of a Project Server instance through
it's normal administrative interfaces will automatically populate to all
front end servers it's running on as this information is contained in the
database. Is that what you mean by this question?

Thanks for your prompt response!
I am not sure I understood your question. But what I
meant was that suppose there are two databases, how do we
make sure that changes get reflected in both?

You'd either need to make the change over and over again for as many
instances as you're running or cook up an automated tool to do this.
