Multi sharing and saving between worksheets

I have done multi sharing on worksheet but its difficult to update the
spreadsheet every time by saving file so other users can see it. Is there any
chance i cannt save it and other person sees the update on network
automatically. Any function available in excel, Plz notify me on
(e-mail address removed)
