Having difficulty creating a report that involves multiple tables in Report
Wizard. Followed step-by-step instructions in book...doesn't work. Unable
to locate solution/answer to question on Help...?

You'll find you have much more flexibility in creating reports if you use a
query to connect all the tables together you need in your report, then base
the report on the query, instead of trying to connect the tables directly
for the report.
