I am sorry if this question has been asked in the past, but here it
goes.
We use Outlook XP and Exchange Server 5.5. One of our deparments of
three people share one of the user's calendar as the department
calendar. Two of the three users have Pocket PCs. When they sync
(using Intellisync) duplicates are happening sometimes (no pattern to
the dups). I am wondering if there is a better way of handling this.
Should they each just have their own calendar and just share for view
only? Should they keep sharing the private calendar or would a public
folder calendar be used? How are others out there doing this?
To make matters worse, they are adding an additional staff member so I
see things just getting more difficult.
Thanks for any help you can give.
