multicode export/import

In Office XP Developer there was an add-in 'multicode export/import, which
allowed to export the whole vba-project into textfiles. I now have a new pc
with Excel 2003 and 2007 both installed on the same machine and want to run
the above mentioned add-in.

Does anyone know where to download it?
Are there any known restrictions / issues in installing it, when Excel 2007
is present too?
