I regularly compose documents in English and Turkish,
usually with a great deal of French as well. The easiest way
I've found is to install the English and Turkish keyboards
in Windows (XP) and then use alt-left shift two switch back
and forth between the two languages. Word picks up the
status of the language bar when you do this and tags the
text as appropriate. For French text I enter it with the
English keyboard and then go back and mark it as being
French.
