Multilple Profiles in Outlook asks for password

I have a user that is using Office 2003 Pro. We are in a SBS 2003 domain
with exchange. I created a second profile in Outlook so she could check
emails for two different addresses. After she opens the new profile and
checks mail and then closes it and then selects her original profile it
prompts her for a username and password. The email will work but everytime
she does anything in outlook it will prompt for her password. I deleted the
second profile and it still asks for her password. The only way i could get
her back to not asking for a password was to delete her profile on the
machine and then recreate it and now it works. I have tried this for two
users on different computers and it is the same problem. I am able to set
this up in my lab and do not have this problem Anyone seen this?

I've seen this in SBS when an old password gets cached ion the local machine.
GO to Control Panel>User Accounts>Advanced and click on Manage Passwords.
Remove any that appear to be domain-related.

Hope this helps.

This worked. I found out that if I want to have more that one Outlook
profile on the computer we can not check the Rember my password check box.
If you do check this then you need to follow the steps below to remove the
password.
