Multipage control on form not working

When a form containing a multipage control is opened by a small group of our
clients, the control does not appear correctly. Instead of the named tabs,
only 'page 1' and a blank tab show.

I am sure there is a problem somewhere in a particular PC build, but I need
to be able to let the 'builders' know what to change.

What settings would control whether or not a control would display as
designed?

What type of form -- mail, contact, etc.? Where is the form published? What version of Outlook?

It's a mail form, outlook 2003. Form published in Organizational forms library.

Has been successfully running on almost all PCs for years.

I would try clearing the forms cache for the affected users.

It's published with the "send form definition with item" box unchecked, right?

Did all that. Multiple times. and yes, the send form definition box is
unchecked. The user is having a problem with any form that has a multipage
control on it. Forms without this particular control display properly.

There are other users, in the same location, that are getting debug errors
on form script, so I am leaning toward a configuration issue, but I am not
sure where to begin looking for differences.

Do you have any ideas where to start looking for differences in settings
that might cause this kind of problem.

I know of no settings that could cause the problem you've described. Did the new behavior occur after installing any recent Outlook 2003 update? Have you run Help | Detect and Repair? Does the form show the correct message class and version number? Is there another form published perhaps to a folder with the same message class?

What errors are occurring in this form's script?
