Multipage Tiff

I am trying to insert a multipage TIFF into a Word 2003 doc. I understand
that the default setting will only allow Word to insert the 1st page of the
TIFF file. Is there a work around so I can insert all the pages of the TIFF

No, there isn't. You're going to have to use a graphics editor to
split the multipage into separate files, one per page.
