multipal calendar sites

I use micro office at work and i installed the same office program on my home
computer, i use a shared calendar at work and we draw from a global address
book to select our recipiants, I cant add my home email address to this pool,
so how do i install my personal address so that i can give myself
admistration rights,

What exactly do you want to do? You can't give your personal address admin
rights, the exchange admin needs to do that.

i use office 2007, on my calendar i installed date and events, i made a
online calendar and sent a reply to my home email address, on my home address
i opened up the online calendar but i could not add/change or edit my
calendar, i would like to edit from where ever i am, and also send the online
calender to other family members to allow them to edit, admin right might
have begn the worng word

So you are using the office live calendar. This calendar is not editable by
invitees - only the account that created it can edit it.

can view and edit a shared calendar, located at two different locations, i
would like to have a calendar at work and be able to edit it at home or my
wife to edit it at work, or am i just dreaming

I don't know if it can be edited at home & work - it may be ID'd to the
computer. You'd need to use the same live acct on both computer.
