Multiple accounts not to receive

I have several email accounts, all of which I only want to send from. Is there a way to do this in Outlook 2003? I know how to do this in Outlook Express. I am at a loss in Outlook however.

Hello,

When you compose a mail, append the option windows: In delivery options,
the "Send message using:" list of values allows you to choose the provider
you want to use.
If you don't want to receive mails, I assume that leaving the pop server
blank will work (it shouldn't be the best solution).

I am not sure to have answered correctly to your question. I am not sure to
have understood what you want.
