Multiple addresses for labels

I have a list of people I am trying to create labels for mailing; however,
once into the wizard it asks me if I want to create a list or use one, so I
create.

My questions is, how do I insert those addresses into the labels for
printing? OR am I doind it wrong?

One you have a record source (list) established it's a matter of inserting
the appropriate fields along with any literal content (spaces, commas, etc.)
required.

It's difficult to offer anything more because you neglect to indicate what
version of Word you're actually using - It isn't even certain that you're
using a Mac.

I suspected something like that - you've posted to the Mac Word group:)
Unfortunately I don't have 2003 available at the moment so I'm going to

You might review Word's Help on Mail Merge first & see if that clarifies it
for you. If not, be sure to supply *complete* information when you post to
the other group.
