Multiple animations getting confused

I am trying to do slides with multiple animations showing blood (and all the
components of blood) going through vessels. As you can imagine, there are a
lot of crossing motion paths, and I am finding that it is not only hard for
me to keep them straight, but sometimes the beginning and ends of paths
automatically set themselves as a continuous line, even if they are for
different objects just because they are close to each other. Is there any
way to operate animations on different "layers", so that I can complete one
before going onto another and not have them interact? I am using 2003.

Hi,
You can't do layering in PowerPoint like how it is done in Flash. Try
holding down shift key and drag the ends of the path so that the line will
still keep itself in the same direction.

Yup, they are called slides and you can use as many as you like. :)

In VIEW > GRIDS AND GUIDES untick both snap to boxes. Try working at a
higher zoom - if you have a scroll wheel mouse try ctrl + wheel
Problem gone!

I would use the RnR Tools' accessibility assistant. You can use it to change
the Z-order of items on the slide, but more importantly, it will allow you
to set objects to invisible or not, which should help you tremendously.

The accessibility assistant is in RnR's PPT2HTML add-in.

trial, and you should be able to use the accessiblity assistant -- you won't
have to purchase PPT2HTML in order to use the accessiblity assistant and
layer manager.
