Multiple Calendars???

Is there a way to have multiple calendars or timelines
going on in outlook for different projects etc?

I have one set up for myself and some business related
matters, but would like to be able to print out a
calendar for others to look at as part of a project and I
don't want all of my other stuff on it. Can I run another
outlook calendar specificaly for this project??

Sure...just right-click any folder, select New Folder, and set it up as
a folder for Calendar items. One caveat: You'd need a third-party
add-in to make reminders work from these secondary folders, and even
that doesn't work for all versions of Outlook. If you don't need
reminders, then you're all set.
