Multiple Calendars

I work in a 250 person department. A lot of work is done in project teams.
Many employees work on several project teams as well as a functional team.
This requires updating multiple calendars with out-of-office time. Is there
a way to create a "master calendar" or master calendar database which would
feed data to the sub-calendars? Much like a master address book feeds to
distribution lists? Thanks!!

Version of Outlook?

If 2003 or 2007 have you considered using Group Schedules so that live data
is available in any combination of people's Calendars?

I'm not keen on populating combined Calendars prgramatically when there's an
inbuilt function to show you some calendars already. eg I could make a Group
Schedule for each project team I work in.
