I am trying to properly use the "children" field in outlook and am not sure that I'm doing it correctly. When a family has more than one child I've been entering them in decending age order, like "Will, Grace & John" because I'd like to be able to address letters using all these names and in this order. However, when I go back to the field, it now says "Grace & John, Will". What's going on? How do I turn off this auto correct feature? Or is there a way to make multiple children fields (i.e. Child1, Child2, Child3) to fix this so I can put them in the order I want? Thank you for the help.
