Multiple Clip Collections

How do you remove multiple call-outs for Clip Collections
from the Insert, Picture call-out in Word 2000? I have
about 9 call-outs for Clip Collection, all of which show
the same info in the Clipart Gallery. I'm not even sure
how they got there. This version of Word is part of
Microsoft Works.
