Multiple comment lines

I have a comments SQL table. The table consists of record
and comment. There can be many rows of comments per
record. I currently have this as varchar in SQL which is
txt in access. I need the rows to be in order as entered.

I am really stuck on this one - This is an example of what
I need - This is also a subform.

record 1
comment Will arrive on 5/20/03
Use the selected choice.
Please advise.
