multiple conference room schedules

I'm looking for a template that will show when our various conference/meeting
rooms are booked. I would like it on a weekly schedule (Sun - Sat). We have 4
rooms that are used. The rooms are not used everyday and I could have a day
and an evening section for each room.
I have tried to alter the 52 week - weekly schedule by replacing the times
on the side with the various rooms. However, the boxes are too small to hand
write in. It needs to be printed for the custodian to access and know when to
setup the room.
Any help would be appreciated.

whether it will help you with your problem.
