Multiple Connections in Visio

How can I make multiple connections in Visio. For example, an assistant
reports to several people, how can I connect that box to several other boxes?
Every time I start to put in the second connection, it takes out the first.

If you have Visio 2003, there is a Dotted-line report connector in the
stencil for this purpose. I believe previous versions of Visio did not
support this capability.
