multiple contact lists

I seem to have 2 contact lists. Both are simply
named "contacts" They are mostly duplicate but when I
add a contact in Outlook it only adds toone of the lists
and when I add a contact on my ipaq and sync it goes to
the other one. I want to merge them. How can I do that?

You need to post your Outlook version and what you mean by "Contact Lists"
