To all,
I have a user that has a pop3 email account. They use outlook 2003. When
they go to choose a contact from their contact list they can drop down the
Show Names From field and choose from 2 different contact lists. For
troubleshooting purposes I will call them Contacts1 and Contacts2 even though
they both appear as Contacts.
When the user adds a contact the contact goes into Contacts2.
When the user goes to send a new email the default list being shown is
Contacts1.
When I look in outlook's All Folder List, I see only 1 contact object
displayed in the folder list.
How can I find out where both contact lists are located?
How can I set the default contact list shown for when the user composes a
new email and chooses to whom the email is being sent?
Why would I even see this occur?
What is the best way to merge the contact lists once I find where each is
coming from?
Thank you for your response. I need help on this issue.
