Multiple Contacts in XP

Steven K

Hello,

I am using Windows XP with Outlook XP. I am using Outlook to connect to my
MSN account as well as showing other psf files. The question I have is that
I am seeing multiple "Contacts". Some have names in them and some don't.

1. Is there a way to change the names so I know which psf file they belong
to (Cont1, Cont2 etc.)?
2. Can I designate one a the default?

And Also, at work, I am using Outlook 2000 and use the Address Book.
Should I be using the Address Book in Outlook XP?

Do you mean pst-files? You can change your Address Book settings by going to
Tools-> Address Book and in Address Book choose Tools-> Options. Here you
can add/remove address books and set defaults.

You can rename any contact folder except for the one in the Outlook Today
folderset.
