Multiple contacts

[Help IN]

When I select names for an e-mail by clicking the To: button I get to my
contacts dropdown and all the names in my contacts are listed twice with
their e-mail address first and the directly under it there is an additional
listing with the contacts business and fax info. Obviously there is a
setting that is having it list this info. Is there anyone who can tell me
how to just get the e-mail address in the contacts drop down list so as to
prevent the wrong info being selected? Thanks
