multiple copies of emails

I can't understand why I get two and three copies of
emails from certain persons at the same time. Also since
switching ISP's certain files hang on the mail server and
even "marking to download" does not get them. Any
suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I have has the same problem with too many times to
multiple pee Downloaduing the "system refresh"( MS way
of doing another RC with the cost of cds and overhead) is
a giant patch which will improve the operation of all
office apps, outlook includced.

If that does not head, try reinstalling first Office 03
and then Outlook.
It has been the apsrin remeady for me-don't have a clue
as to why it works, but it does. I have had to do so
twice in six months. Give it a go as it can't hurt and
may resolve your problem. Good luck
