Multiple Copies of Message Sent

When I send a message with an attached file (last one was 4mb), the recipient
gets anywhere from 4 to 11 copies of the message at 4mb each. This just
started happening recently. Any thoughts?

The usual cause is having your antivirus program integrated into Outlook.
Uninstall your AV and reinstall without any mail scanning.
