multiple copies of other users mailbox in folder list

We have an issue where an Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003 user is trying to
view another persons mailbox. All the permissions are set up
correctly and the user can add the mailbox by the usual method (Tools
-> Email Accounts -> Excahnge Server Settings -> More Settings ->
Advanced -> Open these additional mailboxes). The problem is that
after they have added the mailboxes, in the users folder list they see
two or three copies of it. If you remove the mailbox, all the copies
are removed.

It is only happening to one user, but on any machine that they use.
Anyone seen anything like it before?

Using roaming Windows profiles?

No - but if you create a new mail profile for this user for testing (specify
that this profile be opened or prompt for a profile), do you get the same
results?

We have tried to create a new profile for the user and tried them
logging on to a different machine but the same thing happened. The
only thing I can think of is completely trashing the account and
creating a new one, but it seems a bit extreme.

This info can't and doesn't live in the mailbox, so I still suspect profile
issues. I would try to delete the existing mail profile and try again....
