My wife is self-employed and a registered user of XP
Office. XP Office is on her PC at the office, since she
often brings work home she want to know if it is legal to
load it on our personal PC at home? Note, the OS at home
is XP Professional.

She will need to consult the IT folks at the office to see if it allows an
at home installation under the license agreement. Many volume licenses do,
but not all depending on the options the company chose.
