Multiple copies per sheet

I'm using Publisher 2003.

From reading the threads, I've learned how to print multiple copies per
sheet when the original copy is smaller than 8.5 " x 11".

Is it possible to priint multiple copies per sheet when the original is 8.5"
x 11"? For example if I make up a flyer on 8.5' x 11" paper and then want to
make reduced size wallet-size pages of the same info., is there a way to have
it print 4 or 6 to a page?

When I make the original page custom 8.5x11 and go to print, the "Change
copies perSheet" option doesn't appear. Is there a way to work around this?

Thanks for any suggestions.

This is a page setup option. For example, select postcard from the page setup and
your flyer will have four to the page. You could setup your page manually with
guides. You also could use a label page setup with six to a page. Label 5164 has six.

Thanks for your response, but that doesn't really answer my question.
Perhaps I didn't explain it well enough.

I have used the postcard setu-up and the manual setup, but this is a
different issue. I'm wanting to go the other direction, working backwards.

I already have several 8.5 x 11 flyers created and would like to reduce
them to fit 4 or six to a page. without grouping, shrinking, changing font
sizes etc. Is this possible? Or is it only possible by creating the smaller
size (postcard, label)first and then copying several to a page?

Thanks for your patience.

Re-sizing a Publisher document isn't as simple as what you wish.
Select all, group, right-click "save as a picture." Once the document is a picture
you can re-size it to fit your space.
