Multiple CountIF in 1 function

I am trying to combine countif functions.
I want to check the total number of times that while b2:b100 equals 36, and d2:d100 equals 1.

=SUMPPRODUCT(--(B2:B100=36),--(D2:D100=1))

will count those occurrences
