multiple custom dictionaries

I see lots of request for a custom dictionary, medical, particular language,
legal, etc. It would be nice if word supported some open dictionary format so
we could make our own. We should be able to load in all the dictionaries into
word and select which one(s) we want per document. In addition, when adding a
custom word, we should be able to add it to a particular dictionary or create
a new one.

Allowing us to choose multiple dictionaries is important. Not everyone needs
a legal dictionary so by categorizing words, word will have a custom tailored
dictionary which will help with performance and accuracy. Supporting
overlapping words might be a good idea too.

When checking spelling, there should be an "Add To >" option, which displays
a list of all dictionaries active for the document. Going to Options and
changing the default dictionary while spell checking tends to crash Word 97,
2000, and 2002. I haven't checked 2003 yet. Anyway, this is a very
cumbersome method of ensuring ghat a word is added to the proper dictionary.

I have situations in which a particular style of writing involves words that
would never be used, and in fact would be erroneous, in other uses of
language.
