Hello,
I have a database in Access and we mail merge many different word documents
with it. (Office 2000) The problem is that when the document opens it opens
two copies of the database, instead of the one, and then when you click merge
and it starts the merge, it opens another one. So after each document you
have 3 databases open, it is not long before you have 20 or so. It does not
matter if you merge with a Query or Table.
Why does this happen and how do i fix it?
many thanks
James
