I've got an problem in Outlook 2003 that was not there is Outlook 2000 (on
Windows XP.)
We've got Outlook 2003 configured to pick up e-mail from an Exchange server
via a dial-up connection when you click on "Send and Recieve". This works
fine.
BUT if you have a separate dial-up session running (using different
hardware) to the Internet in the background, Outlook errors when you try to
bring up the second dial up connection to collect your e-mail.
Then, when you click on "Send and Receive" to connect to the second dial-up
connection, Outlook gives you the error "A dial-up session is currently in
progress and Outlook would like to use a different connection for
send/receive" "Use Existing, Hang Up, Skip"
Has anyone else come across this or know a way to let me establish the
second Outlook dial-up session without the need to drop the other first?
